We designed the Kickstart training to be tough because we only want to graduate the best.

While we only accept students capable of mastering the skills we teach, we don’t expect them to do it alone. Kickstart coaches are there when they need support, instructors offer as much feedback as needed and the community encourages members to stay on track.

Kickstart students can take advantage of working with a personal coach as they progress through the year-long program.

Kickstart coaches help students, who are also managing demanding and busy jobs, families and lives, stay focused and productive.

The coaches set guidelines and expectations for the program, remind members of their short- and long-term goals, hold them accountable and celebrate their victories.

Students benefit from coaching on how to incorporate a demanding year-long program into their lives and change the attitudes, priorities, habits and expectations to make that happen consistently over a long timespan.
